These Terms apply to the Robotronix™ Tech Lab website and, where relevant, to educational services provided by Robotronix™. By using the website or enrolling a learner, you agree to the terms applicable to that interaction. Parents/guardians are responsible for authorising participation by minors.
1. Website use
You may use the website for lawful informational and enquiry purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
2. Program information
We aim to describe programs, recommended grades, tools and learning outcomes accurately. Curriculum, projects, software, hardware and delivery methods may evolve as technology changes or as we improve the learning experience. Program suitability also depends on a learner’s experience and pace.
3. Demos, enquiries and enrollment
A demo, trial or guidance conversation does not guarantee admission to a specific batch. Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable program, schedule, fees and any required payment are agreed or completed.
For learners under 18, enrollment should be completed or authorised by a parent/guardian or, for institutional programs, the authorised school/institution.
4. Classes, schedules and changes
Class schedules, batch size, delivery mode, session duration and program length will be communicated for the relevant offering. Reasonable changes may occasionally be required due to instructor availability, holidays, technical issues, school schedules or operational circumstances. Where possible, affected learners will be informed and suitable alternatives or rescheduling will be considered.
5. Fees, payments and refunds
Fees and payment schedules vary by program. Current commercial terms will be shared before enrollment. Payments should be made only through the payment method or account communicated by Robotronix™.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms communicated for the relevant program and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Learner conduct and Maker Lab safety
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward mentors, other learners and property. In hands-on sessions, students must follow instructor directions and safety rules for electronics, tools, 3D printers, moving parts and other equipment.
Robotronix™ may pause or discontinue participation where behaviour creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts learning or repeatedly violates reasonable class rules, after appropriate communication with the parent/guardian or institution.
7. Devices, software and third-party tools
Some programs may require access to a computer, internet connection, software account, browser or hardware kit. Requirements will be communicated where applicable. Third-party platforms such as programming tools, AI tools, communication services or cloud products operate under their own terms and may change independently of Robotronix™.
8. Intellectual property
Robotronix™ curriculum, worksheets, branding, course materials, original diagrams, website content and instructional resources remain the intellectual property of Robotronix™ or their respective licensors unless stated otherwise. Materials supplied to a learner are for personal educational use and may not be commercially reproduced, republished or resold without permission. Website graphics, curriculum visuals, infographics and original creative assets may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. This restriction includes copying, republishing, adapting, distributing or commercially using original Robotronix™ visual assets without prior written permission.
Students retain ownership of their original project ideas and creative work, subject to any third-party platform terms. Where student work, photographs or videos may be used publicly for showcase or promotional purposes, appropriate permission should be obtained where required.
9. Educational outcomes
Robotronix™ provides educational instruction and guidance but cannot guarantee specific marks, competition results, admissions, employment outcomes or mastery within a fixed period. Progress depends on participation, practice, prior knowledge and individual learning pace.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and educational information are provided on an “as available” basis. Robotronix™ is not responsible for outages or changes caused by independent third-party services, internet providers, software vendors or platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as services, technology or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@robotronixstemlab.com or through our Contact page.
