Fees paid for a confirmed enrolment are non-refundable because the learner’s seat, mentor time, schedule and learning resources are reserved after enrolment. Parents are encouraged to review the program details and attend the free demo before making payment.
1. Confirmed enrolments and learner cancellation
Confirmed enrolment and course fees are non-refundable. A learner cancellation or withdrawal does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit or transfer.
2. Learner absence or missed sessions
A learner’s absence or a missed group session does not create a refund entitlement or an automatic entitlement to an individual make-up class. Where practical, available learning materials or another suitable option may be suggested according to the program terms.
3. Sessions changed by Robotronix™
If Robotronix™ cannot conduct a scheduled class, we will normally arrange a rescheduled session or an appropriate alternative so the paid learning session is not lost.
4. Kits, components and physical materials
Physical kits, components and other supplied materials remain subject to the purchase and return conditions communicated separately before purchase or enrolment.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Applicable statutory obligations remain unaffected.
